1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Continuum mobile application ("Continuum," "the App," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Continuum is a tool that helps individuals and groups share information, notes, and updates about a person they care about.

• Continuum is intended for organizational and informational purposes only.
• Continuum does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services of any kind.

3. Not Medical Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Continuum is not a medical device or healthcare provider
• Information in the App is user-generated and shared at your discretion
• Continuum does not replace professional medical, legal, or caregiving advice

4. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to use Continuum.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Shared Information & Care Circles

Continuum allows you to invite others to view or contribute information.

You understand that:

• Information is shared only with people you explicitly invite
• You control access permissions
• Continuum is not responsible for how shared information is interpreted or used by others

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Continuum are offered through a paid monthly subscription.

• Payments are processed through your Apple ID using Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Prices may change with notice, in accordance with Apple policies
• Core safety and emergency features are never paywalled

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Continuum for unlawful purposes
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful information
• Attempt to access accounts you do not own
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

8. Availability & Data Integrity

Continuum is provided "as is." While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using Continuum at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Continuum is provided without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the App

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Continuum after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
